Yes! it's an inventory bug, I've added a note in the download section. Somehow the last item used stays on the cursor and you can use that, and if you use it, you can get the game frozen! Sorry for this! It's a one line fix but I can't upload a fix :(
The setting is quite interesting, and I found it very cool that the "audience" makes remarks about what the player is doing, very original!
I was unable to finish the game. I can't pick up the broom. The character says it's picking it up, but it doesn't go in the inventory. If I leave the kitchen and return, the broom is back there, but I still can't pick it up.
Feels like a bug. If it isn't, let me know and I'll try to make progress some other way. If there is a happy path in that puzzle to avoid the broom issue, let me know too, I'd still love to finish the game.
Thanks! There was indeed a better tool for the job 😁 I finished the game, and it fits the theme very well, and the puppet theater was very original. Congrats!!
Hi! When I had the broom issue I forgot to save, so then I had to play from the beginning, but in the second run I did save and load and it worked well for me. I loaded again just now and it worked. Even the "continue" button in the main menu is working, although it seems to be grayed out, but it does the right thing.
